🏃‍♂️ The Races Feature

• Course Distance: An 8K and 5K Course through the vineyard property. Races start at 9 AM.
• Course Terrain: Flat Course mostly on hard packed dirt trails and short cut grass. Walker friendly, registration required to participate, must start on time behind pack of runners at 9 AM.
• Timing: Professionally Chip-timed with live streamed results.
• Race Shirt: Custom Tech Tee included or Long sleeve tech upgrade for $6 extra. *Please register by Sept. 21 to guarantee your first choice. Many extras ordered and available while supplies last after Sept. 21.
• Hydration: Water stations on course and water and bananas at finish line.
• Awards: Award Medals for Top 3 Overall and Age Group Male and Female Winners (Age 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, and each decade).
• New Finisher Medals: New in 2025! Wine-stopper Finisher Medals! Available for purchase during registration for $8 or $10 on race day.

🎉 After-Party Highlights

• Wine: A Glass of delicious Pindar Wine. (additional wine available for purchase)
• Souvenir Glass: 15 oz. Stemless "Run the Vineyards" Wine Glass.
• Live Music: Live Music immediately following race until 12 pm by George Barry Duo.
• Food Trucks: Royal BBQ Food Truck on-site - Royal Elite BBQ. Dilly Dilly Donuts food truck will be on site pre & post-race with donuts, coffee, and more treats!
• Awards Ceremony: Awards Ceremony.
• Photos: Free downloadable race and after-party photos (available 24-48 hours after race day).
• Weather Policy: Race is rain or shine. No transfers or refunds.

📅 Packet Pickup Details

• Pickup Time: Packet Pick-up on Race Day @ 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. Located at "Good Day for a Run" tent behind the winery.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may not be able to participate since markings are changed after the start.
• Check-in: Please check-in between 7:30 - 8:30 AM to receive race bib number, shirt, and listen to race announcements.
