Race begins and ends at the Independence Civic Center,
6363 Selig Rd., Independence – Brecksville Rd., West on Selig and turn right onto Kathy Lynn Drive. The Civic Center is on the left-hand side.
Parking is available at the site.

⏰ Start Time

• Registration/Packet Pick Up: 8:00am
• 5k Run and 1 Mile Walk: 9:00am

🏁 Distance

• 5K Run/Walk: Chip Timed
• 1 Mile Walk: Untimed

📝 Registration

Pre-Registration

• By 9am on Friday, May 2nd: $25.00
• $70 Family Rate: 4 people from the same address
• All mailed entries: Must be received by Wednesday, April 30, 2025
• Mail Entries: Hermes Sports & Events, 2425 West 11th St. Suite #2, Cleveland, Ohio 44113

Late Registration

• After 9am on Friday May 2: $30

Race Day Registration/Packet Pick Up

• Registration/Packet Pick Up: 8:00am
• 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Walk: 9:00am

🎽 Participants Receive

• T-Shirt: Registration includes a t-shirt, please register by April 19 to guarantee your shirt on race day! If registered after this date, subject to availability.
• Refreshments: Provided at the finish line.
• Raffle Ticket: Included with registration.
• Donations: You can donate through online registration or click on the link above for the print form.

🏆 Awards

• Award: Given to Top Overall Male and Female runners.
• Top Three Awards: Male and Female runners finishing in the top three in each age group.
• Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• Medals: Winners responsible for obtaining their medals at the Independence Middle School if not present at the end of the race.

🌍 Virtual Run

• Participation: Complete the 5K race or 1 mile walk on your own.
• Submissions: Click HERE to submit your 5K result. The deadline to submit times is Wednesday, May 7.
• Shirt Mail: You will be mailed your shirt prior to race week if registered by April 12.
• Invite Friends: Feel free to invite family and friends from around the country to join you.
