Start/End: Race begins and ends at the Independence Civic Center.
Address: 6363 Selig Rd., Independence – Brecksville Rd.
Directions: Go West on Selig and turn right onto Kathy Lynn Drive. The Civic Center is on the left-hand side.
Parking: Available at the site.

Registration/Packet Pick Up: 8:00am
5k Run and 1 Mile Walk: 9:00am

💰 Pre-Registration

Cost: $25.00 by 9am on Friday, May 2nd
Family Rate: $70 for 4 people from the same address
Mailing Address: All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Make checks payable to Hermes Sports & Events and mail entries to: Hermes Sports & Events, 2425 West 11th St. Suite #2, Cleveland, Ohio 44113.

🏃‍♀️ Late Registration

Cost: $30 after 9am on Friday, May 2

🎽 Participants Receive

T-Shirt: Included with registration, please register by April 19 to guarantee your shirt on race day! If registered after this date, subject to availability.
Refreshments: Provided at the finish line.
Raffle Ticket: Included with registration.
Donations: You are able to donate through online registration or click on the link above for the print form. Mail to the same address listed for registration.

🥇 Awards

Top Overall: Award given to Top Overall Male and Female runners.
Age Group Awards: Male and Female runners finishing in the top three in each age group will receive awards.
Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Note: Winners are responsible for obtaining their medals at the Independence Middle School if they are not present at the conclusion of the race.

🌐 Virtual Run

Want to participate from out of town? You still can! Complete the 5K race or 1 mile walk on your own. Run or walk, outdoors or on a treadmill – you choose!

Submission: If you would like to submit your 5K result, please click HERE! Deadline to submit times is Wednesday, May 3.
Invitations: Virtual event participants can live anywhere! Please feel free to invite family and friends from around the country to join you.
T-Shirt: You will be mailed your shirt prior to race week if registered by April 12. We encourage you to wear your shirt and take photographs of your virtual run/walk.
