🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

The Grand Rapids Road Mile - Presented by Society Track Club is a new event to Grand Rapids this year. We hope to only grow as the years go by & invite you to join us in person to create this new tradition.

📍 Location & Start Time

Starting Point: Corner of Wealthy and Front in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Address: Use 700 Wealthy St SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504 in your GPS for our physical location.
Race Schedule: Our race will begin with the mini mile at 8:00am followed by the mile race for the public & ending with the elite mile for those who qualify.
Route Information: You can view the tentative routes by clicking the distance.

About the Grand Rapids Road Mile:

Commemorative Shirt: All Mile Run Event & Elite Mile Run Event participants receive a commemorative shirt.
Mini Mile Participants: They will receive a Finisher's Certificate.
Spirit Stations: An opportunity to CHEER YOU ON.
PR Your Mile: On the road with lots of run clubs and local companies to check out before and after the race.

🏆 Awards & Prizes

Prizes for the top 3 finishers for each division (Elite / General Public), overall masters winner and overall non-binary winner. Additionally, we will have age group awards by gender and 5 year age groups.

Inclusivity: All paces and all people are welcome.
Time Limit: 20 minute time limit.

🏅 Elite Mile Requirements

Elite Men's Mile: 4:45 & Faster
Elite Women's or Non-Binary Mile: 5:15 & Faster
