🏁 Start Time

• Registration/Packet Pickup: 7:30 a.m.
• 1 Mile: 8:30 a.m.
• 5K: 9:00 a.m. (Course will close at 10:00 a.m.)

⏱️ Timing

• Chip Timing: MyLaps BibTag (5K only)

📏 Distance

• 5K: Standard race distance
• 1 Mile: Shorter race distance

📝 Registration

• Pre-Registration: In-person or virtual
• Adult: $25.00
• Kids (13 and under): $15.00
• Family Discount: Families of 4 or more receive a $10 discount. All runners registered by Thursday, April 24 are guaranteed their race T-shirt size. Sizes are subject to availability after the 24th.

📅 Race Day Registration

• Adult: $30.00
• Kids (13 and under): $20.00
• Mailing Entries: All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, May 7, 2025 - one form per person, please.
• Payment: Make checks payable to HERMES and mail entries to:

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Packet Pickup: Friday, May 9, 3:15 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Gilles-Sweet (Front entrance), 4320 W 220th, Fairview Park
• Race-Day Pickup: Inside the football stadium by the main entrance. If weather is inclement, we will be in the Mayer Middle School gym (21200 Campus Dr.)

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: 5K awards will be given to the three overall male and female runners
• Age Group Awards: Top three male and female runners in the following age groups: 10 & Under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over

🎁 What You Get

• Derby Dash T-Shirt: Size guaranteed if registered by Thursday, April 24, subject to available sizes after the 24th
• Awards Eligibility: Eligible for overall and age group awards
• Post-Race: Food and beverage provided
