This race is to raise money in support of the work of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Delaware and Union Counties. CASA is a program that advocates in court for child victims of abuse and neglect. Community volunteers serve as CASA's, and donate their time and resources to provide invaluable advocacy for children.
💰 Proceeds and Purpose
- All proceeds: raised through this event will go toward supporting the volunteers with items like gas cards.
- Registration fee: $10 of every registration fee specifically used to purchase teddy bears or other gifts for children involved with CASA.
🏅 Participant Benefits
- Event perks: Every participant will receive an event t-shirt, snacks, and drinks.
- Finishers: Race finishers will receive a customized race medal!
- Involvement: We welcome race participants, event volunteers, and corporate sponsors.
