🎉 Description

• Anniversary: The Foot Lake Four Walk/Run is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year!
• Event Highlights: It is a fun event for the whole family that takes place each year during Willmar Fests.
• Course: A four-mile, USATF-certified course that starts in downtown Willmar, winds along beautiful Foot Lake and the scenic trails of Robbins Island.
• Timing: Runners will be timed using electronic chips included inside each race bib.

👪 Group Participation

• Gather Together: Gather your family and friends to join the race.
• Group Name: People are invited to run or walk and create a group name.
• Largest Group: Compete to be the largest group: each member will receive a medal.

📦 Race Entry Includes

• T-shirt: All participants will receive a race t-shirt.
• Pancake Feed Ticket: Entry includes a ticket to the pancake feed.
• Refreshments: Water and snacks will be available.
• Donation: 10% of total registration fees will go to the CentraCare-Willmar Cancer Center.

🗓️ Race Day Schedule

• 6:30-7:45 a.m: Registration opens (CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage).
• 7:45 a.m: Registration closes.
• 8:00 a.m: Race starts.
• 9:30 a.m: Awards (Estimated time).

👕 Runner's Shirts

• Shirt Sizes: Sizes are ONLY guaranteed for registrations prior to midnight on June 9th.
• Distribution: Race day t-shirts are distributed on a "first come, first served" basis.

🏅 Divisions

Men: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85+

Women: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84 and 85+

🏆 Awards

• Top Finishers: Medals for the top female and top male - each will receive free race entry for the 2024 Foot Lake 4.
• Division Medals: Medals for places 1-3 in each division.
• Largest Group: Medals for each member of the Largest Group (ONLY applies to preregistered entries).
• Swag: On The Run Promotion Swag for the top 30 male and female finishers.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Race packets can be picked up at the CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage (Becker Avenue and 2nd Street) from 6:30 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. on race day. Please allow enough time to pick up your packet!
