🏃‍♂️ Race Location

• Venue: CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage

🎉 Description

• Event: The Foot Lake Four Walk/Run is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year!
• Course: A four-mile, USATF-certified course that starts in downtown Willmar, winds along Foot Lake and scenic trails before heading back to Rice Memorial Hospital.
• Timing: Runners will be timed using electronic chips included inside each race bib.
• Water Stops: Provided at two locations along the route with splits available at one, two, and three-mile marks.

👨‍👩‍👧 Group Participation

• Gather: Bring family and friends to join the race. Each group member of the largest group will receive a medal.
• Group Challenge: Create a group name and compete for the title of largest group.

🏅 Virtual Racing

• Option: Virtual racing is available for participants this year.
• Shipping: An extra $5 charge to cover shipping of the shirt.

🎖️ Race Entry Includes

• T-shirt: All participants will receive a race shirt.
• Pancake Feed: Ticket included for a pancake feed.
• Refreshments: Water and snacks provided on race day.
• Donation: 10% of total registration fees will go to the CentraCare-Willmar Cancer Center.

🕒 Race Day Schedule

• Registration Opens: 6:30-7:45 a.m. at the CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage
• Registration Closes: 7:45 a.m.
• Race Starts: 8:00 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30 a.m. (Estimated time)

👕 Runner's Shirts

• Guarantee: Shirt sizes are only guaranteed for registrations prior to midnight on June 9th.
• Distribution: Race day t-shirts are distributed on a “first come, first served” basis.

🏆 Divisions

Men: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 -74, 75-79, 80 - 84 and 85+

Women: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 -74, 75-79, 80 - 84 and 85+

🥇 Awards

• Top Finishers: Medals for the top female and top male - each will receive free race entry for the 2024 Foot Lake 4.
• Medals: Awarded for places 1-3 in each division.
• Largest Group: Medals for each member of the Largest Group (only applies to preregistered entries).
• Swag: On The Run Promotion Swag for the top 30 male and female finishers.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Race packets can be picked up at the CentraCare-Rice Memorial Hospital Ambulance Garage (Becker Avenue and 2nd Street) from 6:30 am until 7:45 am on race day. Please allow enough time to pick up your packet!
