🎖️ Event Significance

• Tradition: The Field of Heroes has been a Memorial Day weekend tradition in central Ohio for the past 16 years.
• Honor: It provides an opportunity for our community to bring back the significance of the holiday and to honor their personal heroes.
• Dedication: Visitors are able to dedicate flags to their personal heroes amidst 3,000 full-sized American flags.
• Theme: This year’s theme will honor Ohio Aviation Heroes, featuring a Saturday evening concert and additional programs over the weekend.

🏁 Course Details

• Starting Point: The race starts near the Veteran's Memorial at the Westerville Sports Complex (Cleveland Avenue and County Line Rd.).
• Path: The course follows paths inside city of Westerville Parks.
• Fire Station: Participants will cut through Westerville fire station 111.
• Finish Line: Finish through the full-sized American flags that comprise the main Field of Heroes display.
