🌍 Earth Day 5k Overview

Help celebrate Earth Day with the Earth Day 5k Presented by CrossCountry Mortgage at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo! A portion of the proceeds from the race go towards supporting green practices and sustainability efforts at the zoo.

This is the first of four races in the Cleveland Metroparks Race Series presented by CrossCountry Mortgage.

📝 Registration Info

• Pre-registration: $30 until April 20
• Race Day Registration: $35

• Finisher Medal: For all finishers

• Admission to the zoo: Included with registration

🕘 Race Day Info

• Packet pick-up/Registration: 7:00 AM
• 5k (chip timed): 8:30 AM
• 1-mile: 9:00 AM
• Note: Race Day Registration is online only!

👥 Spectator Information

Spectators wanting to come cheer on runners/walkers will need to purchase tickets to enter the zoo. Zoo membership does not allow you free entry into the zoo.

• Ticket prices: $20.50/adult (ages 12-61)
• Senior tickets: $18.50 (ages 62+)
• Junior tickets: $16.50 (ages 2-11)
• Purchase tickets: Online only at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Online Tickets

Admissions will be there to scan the online ticket once purchased. The box office will not be open.

Explore a variety of trails with the Cleveland Metroparks Race Series! Encompassing 5 runs across 3 locations, these timed run/walk events will take place at Edgewater Park, Whiskey Island, and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. All events include a finisher medal, t-shirt and post-race refreshments. Sign up for all 5 now and save $25!
