🎉 Event Overview
Rock the Block is an annual event that is hosted by the Shine Bright Foundation to help raise awareness for individuals with Down Syndrome and Autism. The foundation provides financial support to individuals and their families.
🍔 Community Event
There will be a community event following the race which will consist of:
- Food trucks: A variety of delicious options for all tastes.
- Vendors: Local businesses showcasing their products.
- DJ: Music to keep the energy high throughout the event.
- Bounce house: Fun for the kids to enjoy!
📝 Registration
- Early registration: $35
- After July 1st: $45
- Team registration: Available, with a special surprise for the largest team on race day.
- Deadline: Participants must register by July 31st to guarantee a t-shirt.
🏆 Awards
Awards will be given to the following:
- Top 3 overall male: Recognition for the best male runners.
- Top 3 overall female: Recognition for the best female runners.
- Age group awards: Top for each age group: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up.
