💖 Cause and Impact

Mitchell's Run Thru Rockford (MRTR) was organized to benefit Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy (PPMD). Mitchell Peterson, and many other boys and some girls from West Michigan have been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. All race proceeds will be donated to PPMD in Mitchell's honor, to END DUCHENNE.

🎉 Event Experience

• Atmosphere: Fun, family event with live music and a festive atmosphere.
• Course: Scenic route through historic downtown Rockford and along The White Pine Trail!
• Splits & Times: Accurate splits at each mile and finish times provided.

👕 Participant Perks

• 5K Participants: Receive a Mitchell's Run race tee, race bib, finisher medal, and race refreshments.
• Kids K Participants: Receive a Mitchell's Run race tee, race bib, finisher medal, and treat.
• Virtual 5K Participants: Will be mailed a race packet, including our MRTR race tee, race bib, and medal prior to the event.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pick up will take place on:

• Friday, August 22: 4:30pm - 7:00pm
• Saturday, August 23: 7:00am - 8:00am
