🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• In-Person: 12/13/2025 at Monocacy Village Park. Time: 9:00am
• Virtual Race: Run Anywhere Between 12/12-14/2025. Time: Friday 8am - Sunday 5pm

📅 Race Day Information

• Registration: Starts at 7:00am until 9:00am. Please go to table with REGISTRATION SIGNS.
• Packet Pick Up: For Saturday - AT THE PAVILION. PLEASE FOLLOW SIGNAGE.
• Dogs: Allowed on the course if leashed at all times and have proper vaccinations.
• Children: Riding in strollers do not have to be registered in the race.

📦 Before Race Day

Packet Pick Up (In-Person and Virtual Races)

Thursday 12/11/2025: 9am - 8pm (Downtown YMCA. 1000 North Market St. Frederick, Md 21701)
Friday 12/12/2025: 9am - 8pm (Downtown YMCA. 1000 North Market St. Frederick, Md 21701)
Saturday (Race Day): 7am - 9am (At The Pavilion).

Additional Information

• Packet Pickup: You may pick up someone else’s packet.
• Shipping: If you live more than 50 miles from Frederick, MD and have registered for the virtual race, there is a $15.00 fee to have your packet mailed to you.
• Post-Race Pickup: Packets may be picked up in person at the Downtown branch after the race for one week.

⏰ Race Start Times

• Virtual Runners: May start anytime between December 12 at 8:00 am and December 14 at 5:00 pm.
• In-Person Runners: 9:00am One Mile Elf Run Starts: Approximately 9:20am 5K and 10K Run Starts.

🏆 Awards

Overall women and men for the 5K and 10K run: announced after live results at pavilion area.

📍 Race Courses

The 5K Race: Starting at Monocacy Park to Shifferstadt Blvd., return back to the park.
The 10K Race: 2 laps of the 5K course.
The One Mile: An out and back route from the park to the first neighborhood on Mohican Drive.

🅿️ Parking Information

Parking options include:

• YMCA Parking: A short walk across East Street to the park.
• Delaware Road: Between the park entrance and exit driveway towards East Street.
• Monocacy Village Shopping Center: Do not park in front of retail stores.

👕 Race Shirt

Shirt sizes available for ages 5 and up. Shirt size guaranteed if registered by October 31, 2025.

🥇 Finisher Medals

Medals double as a holiday ornament! Everyone receives a finisher medal.

🎖️ Awards (In-Person Race Only)

Overall male and female awards for each age group and race category.
