Join us for the FREE 2025 FireKracker 5K training program. The training will run from the weekend of 5/3 through the race on 7/4. Group trainings take place on Saturdays at Jessup Farm (generally at 7:30am).
📅 Important Registration Info
Registration for the FireKracker 5K is not included with the training program. Be sure to register for the race apart from the training program. And remember, if you are an FCRC member, you receive a race discount. Not a member? Join today.
👟 Program Accessibility
There is no prerequisite for this program and it is open to both club and non-club members.
🏅 Training Levels
There are two levels in the training program:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
There will be a training plan distributed to all registrants.
