LPP- 5 Mile Fall Classic

🏞️ Race Overview

• Distance: This is a classic 5 mile trail race through the beautiful rolling hills of Lincoln Parish Park.
• Organizer: Put on in conjunction with LPP: this is a production of Get On A Trail Shreveport LLC. (The Old School @ LPP guy)

🎉 Festival Day Fun

• Festival: This race is happening on the day of a big park festival.
• Activities: It'll be a great day at the park with activities for everyone!
• Benefit: The park will directly benefit from this race.

⏱️ Race Details

• Timing: The race will be timed.
• Location: The race will start and finish down near the water by the concession pavilion.
• Course: It will include part or all of the lake loop and about 4 miles of trail.
• Trail: If you're familiar with LPP: it will be the last 4 miles of trail...miles 6-9. If you ran the 5 miler at The Old School: this will be a different section of trail!

Awards

• Winners: Overall first place male and female winners will get a special award.

🍕 Post-Race Refreshments

• Food: There will be refreshments served after the race.
• Snacks: Chips and a cold drink.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Timing: PACKET PICKUP IN THE PARK ON RACE MORNING AT 7-7:45.

👕 Shirt Information

• Ordering: SHIRTS ARE ORDERED PRIOR TO THE RACE DAY.
• Quantity: I’LL ORDER 20% OVER REGISTRATION ON THE SHIRT CUT DAY.
