ORRRC Possum Creek 5k Trail Race

📅 Race Date and Time

• WHEN: Tuesday, June 10, at 7 p.m.

🚗 Parking Information

• LOCATION: Possum Creek Metropark Reservable Shelter area. Start at Sycamore Shelter (4730 Frytown Road Dayton, Ohio).
• PARKING POLICY: Please use parking lots. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
• CARPUL: Parking is limited, please carpool if possible.
• ADDITIONAL PARKING: Available in the main park at the Pond Parking lot with a 1/2 mile walk to the start/finish line.

🏃‍♂️ Course Details

• TERRAIN: You will be running on various terrain surfaces (dirt, gravel, meadow, grass) with no water crossings.
• LEVEL: This is a great introduction to trail running with a very low elevation gain/loss.
• SHOES: Trail shoes are not necessary.

📝 Pre-Registration Information

• PROCESS: Pre-register through RunSignup. Come to the green table at registration to receive your chip on race day.
• MINORS: Minors may be pre-registered on RunSignup by a parent or guardian. They must have the liability waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

💲 Fees

• MEMBERS: All Current Members Run for Free (Fee waived automatically when your RSU membership profile is used to register online).
• NON-MEMBERS: $10 for ages 15 and up: Free for ages 14 and under.
• BECOME A MEMBER: Not an ORRRC Member? Click on "Welcome To..." above to find out how to become a member and learn the benefits of membership. You'll also get the option to join during registration.

🕗 Race Day Registration

• ARRIVAL: We recommend you arrive at least one hour before the race to park, register, and warm-up prior to the race start.
• MEMBERSHIP PROOF: Members, you absolutely MUST show proof of membership to be eligible for the member fees if you haven't pre-registered! No exceptions!
