Event: The 8th annual Derby Run Presented by ASAP Personal Training in memory of Justin Lopes will begin at Terry Sanford High School.
Courses: The 5K and 10K courses run through the scenic Haymount area as well as the Fayetteville Technical Community Campus and will finish near the Terry Sanford High School baseball field.
Activities: There will also be a 1 Mile Fun Run and face painting, a selfie station and a silent auction.
Pets: Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

Deadline: Online Registration is open until the race starts. We encourage you to register online before arriving to the event.
On-Site Registration: Registration will be available at the race. You will be asked to scan a QR Code with your phone to register online.

Charity Beneficiaries: Net proceeds from the Derby Run will go to local charities that benefit children, including The Child Advocacy Center in Fayetteville, Cyβs World Foundation and the Justin Richard Lopes Memorial Scholarship.
Child Advocacy Center: Offers children a safe place that supports the prevention, investigation and prosecution of child abuse.
Cy's World Foundation: Founded in 2010 to promote a love of the outdoors to children.
Scholarship: Two scholarships were created in memory of Justin Lopes and awarded to a graduating senior from Cumberland County High School through the Cumberland Community Foundation.
