- Organizer: Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful invites you to join our 1st annual 5K to raise funds vital to continue to enrich our community with recycling on various levels.
- Collection Facilities: We offer three collection facilities and have several programs that include medication collection, clothing drive and shred it day.

- Date: The 2025 Run & Walk event is Saturday, September 20th.
- Activities: The event includes both a timed 5K and a fun walk around the park.
- Entertainment: We will of course have some music to motivate your body for this run.
- Giveaways: Fabulous giveaways including an event shirt!
