Spring Street Mile & 5K Presented by PTSMC

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: The Spring Street Mile and 5K is a road race in Manchester, CT featuring separate races for men and women.
• Course: The mile course is point-to-point: the start is one mile from the finish.
• Check-in: The check-in area & registration table is near the finish line so please plan accordingly.
• 5K Details: The 5K course starts and finishes in front of the Globe Hollow parking lot.

📋 Important Notes

• No Frills: This year's race is no frills - no giveaways, but a lower registration cost.
• Add-ons: Add-on items can be purchased during registration and the day of the race.
• Registration: Please register in advance. Race-day registration will be paperless.
• COVID-19: We will abide by all Town of Manchester and USATF guidelines regarding COVID-19.

🏅 Prizes / Awards

• Categories: Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male, female, and non-binary runners overall.
• Divisions: Awards will also go to the top 3 in each age division: Under 18, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
• Awards Distribution: You may come to the awards table to pick up your award as results are available.
• Awards Presentation: There will be a formal awards presentation for the top three male, female, and non-binary runners.

⏱️ Timing

• Timing Company: Timing is brought to you by Last Mile Racing Co.
• Timing System: Will be timed using the B-Tag timing system.
• Bib Usage: You must wear your bib on the front of your body to ensure the most accurate time.

📊 Results

• Posting: Results will be posted on this page and at www.tlmracing.com.

🚗 Parking

• Location: Parking is available in the Globe Hollow parking lot with overflow parking at Mt. Nebo Parking lot.
• Traffic: You will only be able to exit the parking lot heading West until 10:15 AM.
• Road Access: After 10:15 AM the road will be open for travel in both directions.

🚻 Restrooms

• Availability: Restrooms will be available at Mt. Nebo.

👜 Personal Property

• No Bag Check: There is no bag check: items left at the start line will not be transported to the finish line.
• Responsibility: Manchester Running Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items, please do not leave bags unattended.

• Events: The Spring Street Mile is followed by the Spring Street 5K: you are welcome to compete in both.
