With distances to suit every runner, the Spring Fling offers:

• Kids Dash: Designed for kids 10 and under, about a 50 meter dash, which is not timed.
• 1 Mile: Perfect for beginners or those looking for a brisk, scenic jog.
• 5K: A great middle ground for a rewarding challenge, chip-timed with overall trophies.
• 10K, 15K, 20K: Each offers a unique challenge for those wanting to push their limits further.
