- Packet Pickup: Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
- Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
- No On-site Registration: There will be no on-site registration.

- Course Surface: The course is 50% shaded and on an asphalt or concrete surface.
- Concurrent Events: Another group may have a 5K at the same time as us.
- Location Info: Make sure you go to the US Road Running race.
- Parking: Overflow parking is in the back near the soccer fields.
