31st Annual Chris Griswold Memorial Lancer 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

What better way to celebrate the St. Mary's upward momentum than with a 5K race to honor the memory of one of the school's greatest alumni and supporters, Chris Griswold?

🎉 Organizational Team

• Leadership Transition: The former race leadership team, led by Dr. Nick Aquino, a St. Mary’s graduate of the Class of 1973, has passed the baton (pun intended) to the St. Mary’s Athletics Department.
• Continued Involvement: Dr. Aquino is still very much involved and wants to ensure this incarnation of the Griswold Run is the best it has ever been.

📅 Event Details

• Date: The 31st annual Chris Griswold Memorial Lancer 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
• Start Time: The race itself will kick off at 10:30am.
• Location: The course begins, ends, and is entirely ran inside Como Park - just as the Griswold Run always has.
• Beneficiary: Most importantly, the proceeds from the race benefit the St. Mary's Athletics.

💵 Registration Fees

• Pre-registration: $30 (prior to May 9th)
• Day-of registration: $40
• St. Mary's students: $20 (see coupon code details)

🏅 Fun Run

• Event: Back by popular demand, we will be hosting the 1 Mile Fun Run once again this year.
• Registration Fee: $10 (includes a free gift)
