- Advance Pickup: June 6, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Orangetheory Fitness, Guilford, CT
- Race Day Check-in: 8:30 am at the Guilford Fairgrounds
- Kids Fun Run Start: 9:45 am
- 5K Start: 10:00 am
