5K Run / Ruck / Walk along the newly refurbished golf cart path of beautiful City Club at Lost Plantation.

📋 Participant Categories

• 5K Run: Competitive running option.
• 5K Ruck: Weighted walking/running option.
• 5K Walk: Casual walking option.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: A shorter distance for fun.

🍩 Finish Line Treats

• Dunkin' Rincon: Donut and Coffee available at finish line.
• Chick-Fil-A Rincon: The Chick-Fil-A Cow will cheer for participants and give breakfast sandwich coupons.
• Savannah Healthy Vending: Fruit and nutrition bars will be available to participants.

📍 Race Location

The race is in Rincon, Georgia: 14 miles from the Savannah airport and 18 miles from historic downtown Savannah.

🗓️ Registration Information

In order to ensure that your race shirt is ready by packet pickup, register by June 20. Registrations received after June 20 may not have shirts available until after the race.

Note: Ruck participants can use any weight: 30+ pounds standard, 20+ pounds if participant weighs under 150 pounds in order to compete for placing.

💖 Supporting a Cause

Proceeds will support the Coastal Homeschool Athletic Association's Cross Country team. These funds will help offset the costs of race fees, uniforms, insurance, athlete recognition, nutrition, and team equipment for athletes.
