2025 Tillamook YMCA Milk Run

🏃‍♂️ Welcome to the 2025 Milk Run!

This event features a 2 mile walk/run, 5k walk/run and 10k run in the heart of Tillamook, Oregon. An 8:00am shot-gun allows for plenty of time to participate on the June Dairy Parade and Rodeo.

🌄 Course Highlights

• Scenic Views: Enjoy scenic pastures, waterways, and mountain views as you wind your way through the back roads of Tillamook.
• Support Stations: Turnaround points and water stations will guide you through your leg of the course.
• Family-Friendly: Make it a day of fun on the Oregon coast!

• Early Registration: Register early – rates increase $10 on June 23rd!
• Race Shirts: Race shirts are not guaranteed with registrations after June 15th.
