Sole Sisters Hopeful Hearts 5K is a community-driven walk/run dedicated to raising awareness about preconception health and overall wellness.

This event is a collaboration between Fresno County Perinatal Equity Initiative, Black Infant Health, and the Black Girls Run! Central Valley. This is a community event for ALL, aimed to empower individuals with knowledge and resources to support their health before conception. This is a Two-Day event. Participants will enjoy an uplifting and inclusive experience, featuring a scenic 5K route, informational booths, and engaging activities. Join us as we take strides toward healthier futures—one step at a time!

📦 Race Day Packet Pickup at Woodward Park

Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025

Time: 7:00 am to 7:30 am
Bib pickup will close at exactly 7:30 am.
Location: Woodward Park, Fort Washington, and Friant entrance: first parking lot, west of the Art of Life sign.

🏅 Race Amenities

• Finisher’s medal: Each participant receives a medal upon finishing.
• Race shirt: All participants will receive a commemorative race shirt.
• Course Hydration: Hydration stations along the course.
• Raffle prizes and Giveaways: Exciting prizes for participants!
