🏃‍♀️ What to Expect

• Unique Experience: Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event. It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing a ten-week season of Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole programming.
• Enthusiasm: By the day of the 5K, their enthusiasm is so unbridled that they are running around before the race!
• Positive Energy: Positive energy abounds as the girls dance to warm-up music, get "happy hair" and faces painted, and gather with their teammates to hold hands as they head to the starting line.
• Joy: Our 5K is that will bring a smile to your face.

🤝 Running Buddy Program

• Support Role: As many of you know, our Girls on the Run participants traditionally run alongside an adult Running Buddy.
• Encouragement: The job of the Running Buddy is to provide one-on-one support and encouragement to their girl as she takes on a great challenge.
• Happy Pace: YOU can help our girls find their happy pace and share in the magic of helping her cross the finish line.

🎁 Registration Information

• Registration Deadline: All registrations received by April 28 will receive a race-day giveaway.
• Giveaway Availability: For those who register after April 28, the giveaway is not guaranteed but available first-come first served.

• Check-in Time: On race day, registration and check-in will open at 11:30am.
