- Dedication: The 4th Annual Turtle Trot is in loving memory of Angela Fagan
- Role: Program Manager - Community and Outreach at Pasco County Parks Recreation and Natural Resources Department
- Legacy: Remembering her contributions to the community
- Tragedy: Her life was cut short due to complications of the COVID-19 virus
