Viva Fiesta! Join us for our 10th Annual Fiesta 5k & Fun Run to benefit Huebner Elementary PTA! This is a family-friendly and dog-friendly community-wide event, with the goal of raising money for Huebner Elementary PTA, a proud NEISD school. We invite runners and walkers of all ages to make this event a success! Our PTA provides many important programs for Huebner Elementary School, including:

You must register by March 25th to receive "Early Bird" pricing, and to be guaranteed an awesome dri-fit t-shirt.
Sign up for a Siesta (Sleep-in) and youβll get a cool shirt, but donβt have to do all that running (or walking). See below for when and where you can pick up your packet!

Youβre a good person. Help us give an official Fiesta 5k shirt to a student who is not able to afford the race registration fee. With a $20.00 donation, a special Huebner Husky will receive an official 2025 Fiesta 5k shirt that he or she can wear with their class. In the words of our grateful students, "Thanks, bruh."
All Huebner families will receive their packets through backpack mail by Wednesday, April 23, 2025.

The Fiesta 5k will be a chip-timed event, using a "cross-country" or gun-time start. This course is an off-road, all-terrain course, with a few hills. Be prepared for the course, especially if you are considering bringing a pet or stroller. See the Course Map below. The NEISD Sports Park is open weekdays from 8AM to 4:45PM. Visitors are welcome to run the course anytime before the event, unless it is being used for official NEISD races.
