🏁 Race Route

• Description: Start at Big Daddy's Sports Grill, wind through nearby neighborhoods, and finish back at Big Daddy's.
• Course Type: Flat and fast.

💸 Registration Fees

• $30: February 3, 2025 - March 5, 2025
• $35: March 6, 2025 - March 13, 2025
• $40: Race Day, March 15, 2025

🎉 Age-Based Registration

• 5-9 years old: $5 registration fee (shirt not included). Shirts may be purchased for $18.
• 65 years and older: Free registration (shirt not included). Shirts may be purchased for $18.
• Shirt purchase: Available as an "Add-on" before checkout.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Southern Specialty Products, 615 E Prien Lake Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70601
• Dates/Times:
• Friday, March 14, 2025, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday, March 15, 2025, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
• Note: Registered participants need photo identification. Proxy pickup is allowed for immediate family members, with identification.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• 6:30 AM: Packet pickup & race day registration opens
• 7:30 AM: Packet pickup & race day registration closes
• 7:45 AM: Pre-race meeting
• 8:00 AM: Race begins
• Note: Ainsley's Angels will begin 1 minute prior to main start.
• 9:00 AM: Awards

🏆 Awards

• Overall Finishers: Male and female winners will receive a free pair of shoes from Southern Specialty Products (some restrictions apply).
• Top 3 Finishers: Gift cards to Southern Specialty Products for each age group.
• Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (for both men and women).

👕 T-Shirts

• Short sleeved performance shirts: Provided to registered participants (except ages 5-9 and 65+).
• Shirt guarantee: Shirts are guaranteed to those who registered prior to February 17, 2025.
• Additional shirts: Can be purchased for $18.

⚠️ Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable: Registration decisions are non-refundable/non-transferable.
• Cancellations: No refunds, deferrals, or bib exchanges.
• Event Cancellation: No refunds if the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of control.

🚫 Cancellation Notifications

• Dangerous conditions: Email updates and Facebook posts will be made if cancellation is necessary.

🅿️ Parking

• No parking: No parking on Sale Road. Please be respectful to surrounding businesses and do not block entrances or exits.

🤝 Volunteer Opportunities

• Tasks available: Race packet stuffing, organizing, and day-of race support.
• Help with: Race site setup, cheering and hydration stations, medical personnel support along the route, cleanup.

• Series Details: This is the first in the TRIPLE CROWN SERIES! Complete each race to earn a special prize.
