The Louie Bluie Rabbit Run 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Type: 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - Sponsored by the Campbell Culture Coalition
• Location: Staged at Cove Lake State Park in Caryville, TN
• Purpose: Proceeds from the event will support the Campbell Culture Coalition ArtReach program in local elementary schools and the costs for artists who perform at the annual Louie Bluie Festival held at Cove Lake State Park in September.

🎟️ Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Day of race packet pick-up begins at the race venue at 7:00 am.
• Included Items: The 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk participants will receive a bib, safety pins, and t-shirt.
• Shirt Guarantee: Participants are guaranteed a shirt if registration was before March 22nd.
• Size Availability: Participants who register after March 22nd are not guaranteed to receive the shirt size that they request.

• Categories: Top 3 Overall M/F, Top Masters M/F
• Age Groups: 1-13, 14-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71-80, 81+:
• Team Award: Largest Team
• Award Claim: Awards must be claimed at the event - they will not be mailed.

🗺️ Course Description

• Type: Out and Back along the beautiful scenic paved trail at Cove Lake State Park.

🍽️ Refreshments

• Post-Race: Light refreshments will be provided post-race.

📜 Race Etiquette

• Regulations: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the 5K or 1 Mile course.
• Walkers: Walkers are welcome!
• Course Closure: The 5K course closes in 1 hour, 15 minutes.
