Sprng Flng 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for the first Sprng Flng 5K! This runner and walker friendly course starts at the Poe Pinson Skate Park at Main Beach, loops through the North End neighborhood, and ends back at the skate park. This race supports the mission of Friends of Fernandina Skate Park with the ultimate goal of improving and expanding the Poe Pinson Skate Park.

👕 Shirts

• Participation: All participants will receive a race shirt.
• Registration Deadline: Register by MARCH 15, 2025 to be guaranteed a shirt.

🏆 Awards

• Finishers: All finishers will receive a handmade one-of-a-kind award.
• Overall Awards: Overall Male and Female Awards.
• Non-Binary Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
• Age Group Awards: 3 deep in each M/F (10 and Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).

🚰 On-Course Support

In addition to water and post-race snacks, a water stop will be on course at about the half-way mark.

📝 Registration

• Online Fee: $35 online through 3/27/25.
• Race Day Fee: $50 race day on-site, 7:00 - 7:45 am.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Pre-Registration: Packet pick up for all pre-registered participants will be FRIDAY MARCH 28, 2025, 1-6PM at MYTHIC RUNNING Co located at 815 S 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL in the Pelican Palms Shopping Center.
• Raffle Opportunity: PACKET PICK UP RAFFLE! Make a minimum $15 purchase during packet pick up on Friday 3/28 to be entered in a raffle to win a FREE pair of ALTRA running shoes!
• Morning Of: At race site 7:00-7:45 AM.

⏱️ Timing

• Provider: MCM Timing will provide chip-timing.
• Alert: Wear your race bib (number) on the front of your body to be sure your results are recorded.
