Join us for the BreyerFest Bash Dash 5K Run/Walk - Our 10th Annual 5K Race!

Hosted by our partners at Race Rise and Central Kentucky Race Management, this exciting event offers both an in-person and virtual race experience—so you can participate no matter where you are!

📅 Event Details

• Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025 (In-Person)
• Location: Kentucky Horse Park (KHP), Lexington, KY
• Virtual Option: Complete your race anytime, anywhere!
• Swag: Finisher’s Medal & Commemorative T-Shirt for all participants who register by the deadline on RunSignUp.com
• Prizes: Runners who complete the in-person race at KHP will be eligible for top awards from Breyer!

• Chip Timing: for accurate race results
• Awards Ceremony: honoring top finishers

• Family-Friendly: race experience for all ages & abilities on a beautiful out and backed pave course that allows you to enjoy fun morning inside The Kentucky Horse Park.

🏅 Age Categories & Prizes

• Top Finishers: Top TWO overall finishers in each gender category will receive the party-ready Jewels model, a Traditional (1:9) scale model!
• Age Category Awards: Top TWO finishers in each age category for each gender will each receive one randomly selected Breyer model – either Red Velvet or Neapolitan!
• Age Groups: Participants will compete within the following age groups for awards: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Above

👶 Kid’s Dash – Special Race for Young Runners!

For our youngest runners, we’re offering a ¼ mile Kid’s Dash for children 8 and under, taking place right before the 5K kicks off! The Top 6 finishers will receive special prizes, making this a fun and energy-boosting way to start the race!

📦 Packet Pick-Up & On-Site Registration

• Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025 – 11 AM to 3 PM
• Location: Race Rise Tent (near BreyerFest Ticket Booth & Front Gate)
• Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025 (Race Day) – 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM
• Location: Alltech Arena

❤️ Supporting a Great Cause – Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement

A portion of the proceeds from the BreyerFest Bash Dash 5K will benefit Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement, a non-profit farm in Georgetown, KY, dedicated to caring for retired racehorses. Home to over 250 retired Thoroughbreds, Old Friends offers fans a unique opportunity to meet legendary horses like Silver Charm, Game on Dude, and Patch while promoting education and aftercare awareness.
