Race Structure: The Race will consist of a 10-minute swim, 30 minutes on a spin bike, and a 20 minute run on the treadmill.
Transitions: Participants will receive a 10-minute transition after the swim and a 5-minute transition after the bike portion.
Scoring: Total distance will be calculated for each event (swim, bike, run) and each participant will receive a score based on total distance covered relative to that of the other participants.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 26th, with day-of/walk-up registration available if spots are open.

Standard Fees: Member - $32.00: Non-member - $43.00 through March 26th.
Walk-up Fees: Member - $40: Non-member - $50 on the day of the race.
Processing Fees: Included in the registration price.
Start Times: Each participant will select a preferred start time.
⏰ Wave Information
Wave Assignment: There are 5 participants per wave and currently 5 waves available.
Available Wave Times: 7:35, 8:10, 8:45, 9:20, & 9:55a. More waves may be added if necessary.
Earlier Slots: If all waves do not fill up, participants will be bumped to an earlier slot.
Notification: Wave assignments will be posted/sent prior to the race.

What to Bring: Please bring your own water bottle, snacks, and towel(s).
Registration: Please register early as start times will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
