3rd Annual Miles for Missions 5k, 10k & Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Join Us: Join us for the third annual Miles for Missions 5K, 10K, and 1 Mile Fun Run as we raise money for our church mission trip.
• Purpose: This year we will be raising money to return to Missoula, Montana to assist the Hampton and Lindsay family as they continue to spread the news of Jesus in the Northwest.
• Proceeds: All proceeds will go towards One Accord Ministries (in affiliation with Red Bay Free Will).
• Travel Date: This team will be traveling to Montana in May 2025.

⛰️ Mission Activities

• Assistance: While in Montana the team will be assisting with summer clean up, hosting community activities, construction, sharing personal testimonies with the members of Summit Church, and leading them in worship.
• Donations: If you would like to donate any extra funds, we would greatly appreciate it.
• Thank You: Thank you for your interest in our race!

📍 Race Route

• Starting Point: The race will begin in Red Bay, AL on 2nd Street SW, right next to Heritage Park.
• Course Details: From there we will make a small loop around to backstreet, and down into the Gober Drive subdivision for the highest climb of the race (in honor of the Mount Sentinel M Trail).
• Finish Line: After making your way back out to backstreet, we will circle Red Bay High School before the 5K runners end back at Heritage Park.
• 10K Loop: 10K runners will repeat a 2nd loop of the race.

🏅 Fun Run Details

• Timing: Our fun run will begin after the 5K and 10K end, and it will circle our main street area.
