OLD TOWN RUN CLUB Spring Fling "May the 4th be with you" 10K & Kids 1 Miler

🎉 Event Overview

Please join Old Town Run Club (OTRC) for our "May the 4th be with you" Kids 1 Miler and 10K at Cameron Run Regional Park, Alexandria VA. As it is National Star Wars Day, we are looking forward to a fun day of races with lots of kids and silly adults dressed up as their favorite Star Wars character. We will have awesome prizes for best costumes. The course is a picturesque wooded run through one of the prettiest parks in NOVA. Strollers and dogs (on leashes) are most welcome.

🍕 Post Race Celebration

• Location: Atlas Brew Works, 2429 Mandeville Lane, Alexandria VA 22332.
• Activities: Join in the fun, great beer, and Andy's Pizza on site.
• Trivia: Star Wars Team Trivia with prizes for the winning team.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Date: Saturday 3 May 2025 from 1-5 PM at Atlas Brew Works.
• On-site Registration: Available on the day of the event.

👕 Runner Perks

• Shirts: All registered runners who signed up before 15 April 2025 will receive a Dry-fit short sleeve shirt.
• Colors: Select "Empire" (Black) or "Rebel" (Blue).
• Finishers: All runners or walkers who finish will receive a T2T finishers pin and Star Wars themed give-aways.

💖 Charity Information

This event is part of a series of runs that Old Town Run Club hosts on behalf of our Charity, Tunnel to Towers (T2T.org). The mission of the foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. The charity tirelessly continues to honor and support our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country. Please help us in raising awareness and donations for Tunnel to Towers, and the incredible impact they make every day for our beloved military service members, our firefighters, our police officers, and all our first responders. All profits from the event will go to Tunnel to Towers.
