🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

A little about us:

We are a nonprofit Faith based program new to Brown County, associated with High Mesa Cowboy Church. We are a troop for girls aged 5-18 to join! They are able to earn patches, badges, and pins, but our troop is so much more than that. We offer a unique program where parents are encouraged to create a relationship between their daughter and God. Having a safe community to support each other learning how to pray, and create a stronger relationship with God and each other.

💖 Purpose of the Fundraiser

• Mission: Our mission with this fundraiser is to raise money for scholarships for future AHG members, which will make our program more affordable to the community of Brownwood.
• Extra Support: Additionally, if we meet our fundraiser goal, we will donate extra proceeds to Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
• Example of Integrity: We have the duty to set a good example of being women of integrity.
• Community Impact: Our goal is to spread the goodness to other organizations that also need support.

💲 Registration Fees

Early Bird Special (thru March 22)

• 5K: $35.00
• Groups of 10+: $25.00 (Groups must have 10+ members. Discount will be refunded to all members after the 10th person registers.)

After March 22

• 5K: $40.00

🏆 Award Categories

• Age Divisions: Male & Female
• First place only: 6-8, 12-14, 15-17, 18-19
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd place: 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• Walk up registration: 8:00 am – 8:45 am
• 5K Run: 9 a.m.
• Awards: After all runners are finished
• Bands, booths & vendors set up: 7 am – 8 am
• Closing all Bands, Booths & Vendors: 12 pm
