🏃♀️ Event Overview
Family-friendly run/walk! Timed events: 5K, 10K or 1 mile options that will take you through historic downtown Cape Charles overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.
⏰ Event Schedule
- Staggered Start: Note: start time will be STAGGERED for the 5K, 10K and new this year – 1 mile.
- Registration: All events require registration and include a t-shirt, timed event.
- Post-Run Party: After party with live music, kids activities, snacks, and a finisher medal (2nd in a series of 4).
- Free Drink Ticket: 1 free drink ticket (non-alcoholic or alcoholic for 21 and older).
🎨 Color Run Experience
Runners and walkers can opt to participate in the color portion – and be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors. This color zone will be available for all events: 10k, 5k and 1 mile.
👶 Kids Activities
Free Kids’ Dash will be organized on Bay Ave. at the conclusion of other events so round up those kiddos and bring them along!
♿ Wheelchair Accessibility
We will also have our second annual Wheelchair Accessible Race!
