Cape Charles LOVE Run

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Family-friendly: Timed events: 5K, 10K or 1 mile options that will take you through historic downtown Cape Charles overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

⏰ Event Schedule

• Start Times: Staggered for the 5K (9:15 A.M.), 10K (9:00 A.M.), and 1 mile (9:25 A.M.).
• Registration: All events require registration.
• Inclusions: Each registration includes a t-shirt, timed event, post-run after-party with live music, kids activities, snacks, and a finisher medal (3rd in a series of 4).

🌈 Color Zone Fun

• Color Participation: Runners and walkers can opt to participate in the color portion.
• Safe Colors: Participants will be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors.
• Available for All: This color zone will be available for all events: 10K, 5K, and 1 mile.

👦👧 Kids’ Activities

• Kiddos Welcome: Free Kids’ Dash organized in front of Strawberry Plaza at the conclusion of other events.
• Encouragement: Round up those kiddos and bring them along!

♿ Accessibility

• Wheelchair Accessible: We will have our second annual Wheelchair Accessible Race!
