This is the 28th Annual event Co-Sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce & M&T Bank and is open to the public. Race starts at 7:00 PM on Friday, July 25, 2025. Starts and ends at East Rochester School District campus, 200 Woodbine Ave.

🎽 Participant Benefits

• T-shirt and Medal: Karknocker DriFit t-shirt and medal for the first 200 registrants (To be eligible to receive an event t-shirt, registrations must be received by 5pm July 7, 2025.)
• Water Stations: Water at start, at mile markers, and after race.
• Prize Money:
  Male/Female 1st $400, 2nd $300, 3rd $200, 4th $100, 5th $100

• Age Groups: The age groups are as follows: 9 and Under, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, 75 to 79. The Top 3 Men and Top 3 Women in each age group receive MEDALS.

• Registration Fee: $25.00, $30 on race day (CARD ONLY ON RACE DAY - NO CASH/CHECK).

• Thursday: July 24, 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Rochester Running Company (1387 Mt. Hope Ave).
• Race Day: Friday, 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm at East Rochester High School (Race location).
