• 5 Mile Course: Dan's Loop
• 10 Mile Course: 2 Loops
• Distances: 5, 10, 13.1 Scenic trails featuring streams, wildlife, and beautiful wooded areas.
• Terrain: Mixed terrain with rocks, roots, single track, hills, steep inclines and rockin down hills.

⏰ Event Details

• Date/Time: Packet pick-up begins at 8:00 AM
• Special Giveaway: Beanies for the first 75 participants to register!
• Finishers: Will receive a medal and a beanie (limited to the first 75 runners).
• Extras: Water, course management, and a great atmosphere are all provided.

📱 What to Bring

• Charged Cell Phone: Ensure that your phone is fully charged before you head out. It can be used for navigation, emergency communication, or tracking your activity.
• Minimum 200 Calories: Carry some form of easily digestible energy to fuel your body (gels, chews, energy bar, etc).
• Hydration Pack or Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial, especially during physical activity.
• Proper Outfit: Wear clothing/shoes suitable for the conditions and ensure familiarity with Trail Navigation Course Maps.
