When: Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 9:00am (Humans Only Run/Walk 5K) and 9:05am (Dog/Owner 2K)

📅 Schedule of Events

• 8am: Packet Pickup & Day of Registration Opens
• 9am: 5K Run/Walk Begins (no animals allowed, south route)
• 9:05am: Paws 2K Run/Walk Begins (Leashed-Dogs only with Owner, north route)

🐾 St. Patty PAWS 2K Walk Restrictions

• Leash Required: Dogs MUST be Leashed at all times.
• Well-Behaved Dogs Only: This activity is restricted to well-behaved dogs only.
• On-Site Vet: A vet will be on site, and each pup will get a poop bag.
• Water Stations: There will be a dog water station: bringing your own is recommended.

👕 Shirts and Registration

• Shirt Guarantee: Shirts are only guaranteed for the first 350 registrations.
• Shirt Selection: If it allows you to select a shirt size, then you get that shirt size at pickup.

🏖️ Course Information

• Type: This is a BEACH run/walk in the sand.
• Sand Conditions: Sand may be soft, wet, or hard packed.
• Start/Finish: The race will Start and Finish on the beach: in front of the Flagler Ave Boardwalk in New Smyrna Beach.

💲 Entry Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: Present - March 14th – $25.00 and March 15th, at Race Start - $30.00 (Must be cash, online with credit card, or check made out to Flagler Ave Business Association)
• Paws 2K Run/Walk: Pre-Registration – until March 14th: $25.00 & March 15th, Day of Event: $30.00
• Packet Pickup: There is no early packet pickup. Day of registration and packet pickup is available near race start.

• Race Specific Shirt: Guaranteed for first 350 registrations.
• Costume Prizes: 2K Only - Costume Prizes.
• Finisher Medal: 5K & 2K - Finisher Medal.
• Free Race Photos: Available for free download after the event.

🎉 After Race Celebration

• Location: Flagler Tavern.
• Flagler Tavern Bucks: All Race Participants receive "Flagler Tavern Bucks" to use during the celebration.
• Awards: Top Overall Male/Female, Top Masters Male/Female, and Top 3 Age Group Male/Female will be recognized.

⏱️ Race Timing/ Scoring

The race will be professionally timed and scored. Disposable, electronic chips will be attached to the bib number.

• Race Location: The race course begins on the beach near the boardwalk at the Flagler Avenue Beach Approach in New Smyrna Beach.
• Packet Pickup: All packets can be picked up on Saturday, March 15th between 8am-9am.
• Results Posted: Yes, results will be posted near the finish line and available online post-event.
• Finisher Medal: YES, all registration includes a finisher medal.

🚫 Registration Policies

• Cost: Early registration is $25 per person: on-site registration is $30.
• Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. No Transfer policy.
• Rain or Shine: The race will occur regardless of weather conditions.
