3.21 Down Syndrome Dash

🎉 Event Overview

• Host: Upside Downs invites you to join us for our fourth annual 3.21 Down Syndrome Dash!
• Date: March 22, 2025
• Location: 211 Rue Betancourt, Thibodaux, LA
• Race Details: The event features a 5k (3.1 mile) run, followed by a .11 mile fun dash, totaling 3.21 miles to honor individuals with Down syndrome.

🎶 Post-Race Celebration

• Live Music: Enjoy performances from Bucktown All-Stars and Parish County Line.
• Food & Beverages: There will be various food offerings available for participants and attendees.
• Activities: Participate in a jambalaya cook-off, face painting, and more fun activities!
• Dress Code: Don't forget to wear your crazy socks!

👶 Children & Registration

• Free Entry: Children aged 3 and under get in free.
• Registration Policy: All registration sales are final and non-refundable.
