Leona was diagnosed with a Rare Genetic Disorder before birth "15q26.3 deletion", with limited information and a projected timeline. She has grown and developed into a strong 5-year-old today, as part of her village I had always envisioned a program to enhance public knowledge and allow a platform for questions and information.
