Ruidoso Runfest

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Celebrating 6 Years, the Ruidoso Marathon, Half Marathon, Friday night Schlotzky's Deli 5K Bun Run, and Kids 1K Mini Bun Run.
And in it's 2nd year the State-Forty-Seven Road 47K/50K. New Mexico's Premier only road 50K.

📅 Dates and Times

• Packet Pick Up: For All Events at Wingfield Park
• Friday: July 18th from 2 pm to 6 pm
• Saturday: July 19th from 5 am to 6:45 am

5K and Kids 1K Mini Bun Run

• Date: Friday, July 18, 2025
• 5K Start Time: 6 pm
• Kids Mini Bun Run Start Time: 6:45 pm

47K/50K, Marathon and Half Marathon

• Date: Saturday, July 19, 2025
• 47K / 50K Start Time: 6 am
• Marathon Start Time: 7 am
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:30 am
• Course Closure: 2 pm on Saturday

Start and Finish for all events will be @ Wingfield Park.

VIRTUAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE MARATHON, HALF MARATHON AND 5K.

📋 Virtual Event Instructions

How Does a Virtual Event Work?
First, register then print out your personalized bib number, pick up your t-shirt, then run, walk or roll your distance!! A Virtual run, walk or roll can be completed anywhere, just be safe.
You can complete your distance anytime between 8 am JULY 14 TO AUGUST 31.
After you have completed your distance upload your results by clicking on the Results tab at the top of the registration page, then click on the Submit Virtual Results and follow the prompts.

💵 Fees

• 5K: $24 now until March 31
• Kids Run: $10 now until March 31
• Half Marathon: $65 now until March 31
• Full Marathon: $75 now until March 31

🏆 Awards

All Race participants receive a commemorative medal and custom shirt.

5K

• Top 3 overall Male & Female: Special Addition #RUIDOSOSTRONG Bear
• AGE GROUP AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each category (14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, etc.)

Half Marathon

• Top 3 overall Male & Female: Special Addition #RUIDOSOSTRONG Bear

Marathon

47K

📍 Start / Finish Information

The 47K/50K race will start 1 hour before the marathon begins with a 2 pm cutoff time and headlamps are strongly suggested. The 47K/50K will be limited to the first 50 registrants.

🎁 Special Swag

State Forty-Seven 47K/50K swag will be completely different including a Long-sleeved shirt, Trucker Cap, and custom medal to all finishers.
