Roses for Hoses 5K Run/Walk (formerly Cops vs Robbers)

🌹 Race Overview

• Series: This race is part of the Cen-Tex Race Series.
• Presentation: Presented by Morgan’s Point Resort Ladies Auxiliary.
• Support: Supporting the Fire Department and Community Outreach Projects.

👕 T-Shirt & Raffle

• Deadline: Race t-shirts are guaranteed to racers registered by March 12, 2025.
• Availability: Very limited quantities are available after this date.
• Raffle: Roses for Hoses 5K will hold a Bib Raffle for all entries - you must be present to win.
• Complimentary Rose: Each registered runner or walker will receive a Rose for participating.

💵 Registration Fees

• Before March 12: 5K - $30.00
• After March 12: 5K - $35.00

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers and the top three male/female finishers in each age group.
• No Duplicates: No duplicate awards will be given.
• Age Groups: 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• Costume Contest: Awards are given to the top four costumed participants.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Recommendation: Early Packet Pick-up is Strongly Encouraged!!!
• Location: Garrett & Mic Event Center, 60 Morgan's Point Blvd.
• Dates: Wednesday, April 9th, Noon to 6 p.m., Friday, April 11th, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

🚦 Race Day Information

• Registration: Race day registration and packet pick-up will run from 7:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m. at the race site.
• Devices: Registration is on personal devices (phone, iPad): credit cards only.
• Schedule: This is a chip-Timed event!
• Start Time: 8:30 a.m.

☔ Weather Policy

• General: We're planning to run rain or shine, but please make a personal decision on whether you feel safe to participate.
• Updates: Please follow along on social media @profitracetiming.com for updates.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds for the event. The race will NOT be moved to an alternative date!
• Severe Weather: If severe weather develops, race officials may delay or cancel the race as necessary.
