Roses for Hoses 5K Run/Walk (formerly Cops vs Robbers)

🌹 Race Overview

This race is part of the Cen-Tex Race Series.
Presented by Morgan’s Point Resort Ladies Auxiliary.
Supporting the Fire Department and Community Outreach Projects.

👕 T-Shirts and Raffle

• Race T-Shirts: Guaranteed to racers registered by March 12, 2025. Very limited quantities are available after this date.
• Bib Raffle: Roses for Hoses 5K will also hold a Bib Raffle for all entries - you must be present to win.
• Participation Reward: Each registered runner or walker will receive a Rose for participating.

💰 Registration Fees

• Before March 12: 5K - $30.00
• After March 12: 5K - $35.00

• Top Finishers: Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers as well as the top three male/female finishers in each age group. No duplicate awards.
• Age Groups: 11&U, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
• Costume Contest: Awards are given to the top four costumed participants.

Thursday, April 10th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Auxiliary Meeting)
Friday, April 11th, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

🚶‍♂️ Race Day Registration

Race day registration and packet pick-up will run from 7:00 a.m.-7:45 a.m. on race day at the race site. Registration is on personal devices (phone, iPad): credit cards only.

☔ Weather Policy

We're planning to run rain or shine, but please make a personal decision on whether you feel safe to participate. Please follow along on social media @profitracetiming.com for updates. There are no refunds for the event. The race will NOT be moved to an alternative date!
Rain – the event will NOT be cancelled due to rain alone. Race officials reserve the right to delay or shorten the race based on heavy rain.
Severe Weather – If there is severe weather, the race may be delayed as race officials deem necessary. If there is a more than reasonable delay, or if conditions persist, race officials reserve the right to shorten or cancel the race. Participants should seek safe shelter should severe weather develop during the race.
