Girls on the Run Spring 2025 5K

🏃‍♀️ About the Race

Join Girls on the Run Bexar County as we complete our Spring 2025 season! Our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

Completing the 5K gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.

👥 Event Details

• Public Participation: This event is open to the public—all are welcome to join!
• Proceeds: Proceeds from the event go toward scholarships. No girl is turned away from our program based on economic need.
• Course Map: View Course Map
• Towel and Medals: All finishers will receive a Girls on the Run towel at the finish line--soaked in ice cold water if the day is hot!

📅 Registration Information

Register by April 20, 2025 to be guaranteed a T-shirt. After April 20, T-shirts will be first come, first served.

💵 Entry Fees

• No refunds: 5K Run/Walk - $30, $35 starting March 16, $40 on race day.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: Overall M&F Winners + M&F Masters 10 Year Age Groups for first 3 M&F.
• Gun Time: Overall winner awards will be based on gun time - No duplication of awards.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

• Wednesday, May 7: 3:00-7:00PM at GOTRBC office, 10223 McAllister Fwy, Ste. 101, San Antonio, TX 78216.
• Thursday, May 8: 4:00-7:00PM at REI, 11745 I-10, Ste. 110, San Antonio, TX 78230.
• Saturday, May 10: Race Day, beginning at 7:00AM.
