- No Refunds: No refunds will be provided, and event transfers are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Severe Weather Policy: In case of severe weather, local, state or national emergency, and matters of public health safety, race directors reserve the right to cancel the race without refund and transfer registrations to the virtual race option.
- No Pets: No pets are permitted on the racecourse.
- Packet Pick-up: Packet Pick-up will be on Friday, 9/26 from 3:30-6 p.m. or Saturday, 9/27 from 7-8:25 a.m. in the Spoelhof Fieldhouse Lobby.
