• Fresh Air: It's been a long holiday season and, we know you are eager to get out of the house and enjoy!
• Fabulous Fun: It may be Freakin' Freezin' outside, but it will be fabulous to come and run with some family/friends: virtual option available!
• Course: We'll be back at The Monroe right next to the Bobby Jones Golf Course: it's still pretty flat and just about 100% on the BeltLine.
• Awards: Awards to the Overalls, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Masters, and the 5-year Age Groups.
• Beneficiary: Event beneficiary is the MS Center of Atlanta.

❤️ Event Beneficiary

January is MS month for us at Five Star NTP, and a portion of all the January event proceeds will go to the MS Center of Atlanta. You can join in by either making a donation or becoming a fundraiser yourself. Anyone who raises $200 or more will be refunded their entry fee, and anyone who raises $500 or more will also receive a coupon for $25 off any future race event.

🏅 Course & Timing

We're in North Georgia, and there's not much that anyone can call flat & fast, but this one is really close! The Start & Finish will be right next to The Monroe. You'll make a loop around the apartment complex, and then jump on the Atlanta BeltLine, looping the Bobby Jones Golf Course, and returning to finish at The Monroe. It's not pancake flat due to the stairs, but it's pretty darn close!

🏃‍♂️ VIRTUAL RUNNING - HOW IT WORKS

Can't make it out to the event site on race day? Still want to participate and have a shot at an award? Then the virtual race is for you. Run when & where you want, just submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after the event date! *Shipping available for continental US only.

1. Get Excited: Grab some friends and register for the Freakin' Freezin' 5K Virtual!
2. Hydrate: Grab your buddy (or not) and get ready to get moving!
3. Run: Get out there and run or walk! You can run at the park or anywhere you want.
4. Have Fun: Share your distance, a selfie, or a picture along your race route and use the hashtag #FreakinFreezin5K.
5. Submit Results: Submit your results HERE.
6. View Results: View your Results Monday after the Event Date.

🌟 Five Star Championship & Turkey Trot

All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2025 Five Star Turkey Trots: see website for details. Top finishers will also have the opportunity to earn a spot in the Championships to be held January 2026.

Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. Any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct will be immediately disqualified, asked to leave the venue, and course immediately with no refunds.
