The 8th Annual SUP & RUN 5K event will be held at Nathan Benderson Park to benefit Operation Second Chance (www.OperationSecondChance.org) and RUCK9 (www.RUCK9.com).

- 5K RUN: Standard running event.
- 5K Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP): Challenge yourself on the water.
- Combination: 5K SUP & 5K RUN (There is a start line mat (chip) for the combination SUP & RUN).
- Family Friendly: This is a family style event, with walkers encouraged to attend.
