Join Fit, Black, and Educated, Inc. for our annual Kwanzaa 5K — a free community run/walk to celebrate Kwanzaa! This year’s theme is Kujichagulia, the second principle of Kwanzaa, which means Self-Determination: “To define ourselves, name ourselves, create for ourselves, and speak for ourselves.”

• Date: December 28, 2024
• Location: WorldBeat Cultural Center, 2100 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA
• Community: Connect with fellow participants and make memories.
• Open to: All fitness levels, from seasoned runners to walkers.

👟 What to Expect

Lace up your running shoes and get ready to hit the pavement with fellow participants. This in-person meetup is a great way to stay active, connect with the community, and embrace the spirit of Kwanzaa.

• Special Bonus: The first 50 registrants will receive an exclusive Kwanzaa 5K shirt, available for pick-up at the meetup.
• Participation: Celebrate Kwanzaa in a meaningful and active way.
• Fun: Whether you're running or walking, enjoy the experience!
