Join Fleet Feet Lincoln for our spring training classes! You can now choose from two different options. The beginner option for the runner that is training for their first half or full marathon. Or is just wanting to finish the race and not as concerned with pushing the pace. The second option is the intermediate/advanced option for those runners that have completed multiple half or full marathons, is experienced with training, and is wanting to get faster or set a personal record! Each class will train on the same days but will have different goals and coaches and mentors to get them to the finish line! We are excited to offer these new options to the Lincoln running community!
Each participant will get their choice of a pair of shorts or a branded technical shirt.
We encourage you to have some mileage built up before you start training with Fleet Feet! Here are some suggested weekly base mileage plans for each program:
Interested in getting the training class for free? We are needing pacers! Here are the paces we are needing: 9min/mile, 9:30min/mile, 10min/mile, 10:30min/mile, 11min/mile, 11:30min/mile, 12min/mile.
