Wouldn’t some tomato soup and a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches sound great right about now?

The 10th Annual Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Run 4 Miler returns to Northampton Municipal Park on Sunday, March 3, 2024.

🏃‍♂️ Course Information

• Course Details: This is the same course we've used for OneNation- the 4 on the Fourth.
• Paved Path: It's not as flat as the towpath but it's pretty close and it's a paved bike path.
• Width: The course is 8 feet wide, and it is out-and-back.
• Restrictions: Pets and strollers are not allowed to compete in the event.

📅 Event Details

• Entries: ENTRIES ARE LIMITED TO 500. THIS RACE SELLS OUT.
• Register Early: ENTER EARLY and TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO ENTER EARLY.
• Start Time: START 10AM.
• Packet Pick-Up: PACKET PICK-UP BEGINS ON-SITE AT 9AM.

🏆 Finisher Details

• Mugs: 250 finishers GUARANTEED a ceramic soup mug.
• Food: Finishers receive a soup mug, a cup of tomato soup, and a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches.
• Awards: Custom race commemorative awards to the top three men and women.
• Age Groups: Awards for various age groups from UNDER 20 to 70 & OLDER.

⚠️ Important Notices

• COVID Protocols: By registering you agree to abide by all COVID protocols required at the time of the race.
• No Refunds: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, NO DEFERRALS AND NO TRANSFERS OF ENTRIES.
• Post Race: Last year many participants travelled the 1.7 miles to Tranquility Brewing for post-race refreshment.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers will receive a commemorative blanket and a first round at Tranquility.
